It’s officially autumn! That means a new round of back-to-school pot lucks, picnics, and bake sales, all of which you are expected to contribute to. Don’t worry though, jingkids has got you covered with an easy three-ingredient, 30-minute, brownie recipe that will have everyone thinking you spent hours in the kitchen.
What you’ll need:
1 jar of Nutella (so you know this will be good)
3 eggs
2 tbsp flour
6-12 disposable muffin tins
Mix all the ingredients all together and spoon them into the muffin tins. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes. You want the center to be a liquid but the sides and top crusted. Take them out and let them cool overnight. In the morning you will have perfect, pre-portioned gooey brownies. For a Harry Potter Halloween twist, dub them cauldron cakes and serve them with butterbeer (stay tuned for that recipe)!
